Mustang Trails participates in the Oklahoma Sequoyah Children’s Book Award reading program. This award is designed to promote the reading of current children’s books. Each year students 3rd-6thgrade are encouraged to read at least three books that have been nominated for the Sequoyah Award by the end of March.
